I washed my engine compartment like I always do and when I fired the ol girl up she gave me codes 0237, 0252, 0253 1693 and the engine light is on. I also looked down at my comp and the first three lights on the left are on then the far right light is on. the number four light from the left is off. I cant turn it on or off. I need some advice.

Water in the works!

Pull comp connections blow dry with nitrogen or compressed air apply di-electric grease to connections and see if this helps.

You may have to pull ECM connector and do the same. If you do it is a good idea to pull - battery terminals first.

I did just exactly this. I pulled everything I could think of pertaining to my comp and used WD40 and let that dry before I di-electric greased it and put it all back together. I went to a friend's shop and he used his fancy dancy little computer to erase my codes. So far it hasn't came back.

Thanks for the help
