2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Help Identifying A Plug

Changed the windshield wipers today and did the usual engine inspection to make sure everything was in it's place and no drips in the engine compartment. I happened to look at the underhood light and for the first time noticed a small electrical plug coming out the same wiring harness. It sits about 8 - 10" behind the underhood light. Any ideas what it might be?



Did a search on the forums and came up with nothing. Could it be for the temp. probe? I don't have the overhead computer.
