I was wondering out there in TDR land if anyone has experience installing leveling kits. I would like to do it myself however I have no experience with Front end components. I do have some mechanical ability however.

Any pitfalls or issues you may have had installing it? I'll be installing D25 SJ coilds with lower control arms, dual shock kit and a DT adj. trac bar.

I was just wondering how difficult it would be with me and a friend? Or should I just leave it to a Prof. mechanic?

Can't help you with the dual shock part-but the rest is pretty straightforward. Nothing more required for the spring change than a good floor jack (and of course the requisite jackstands to support the truck). The DT track bar requires some drilling into the engine crossmember to fasten the new frame mount end-but again not that hard-and the kit comes with super directions. The control arms should be a simple R&R deal as well I would think-marking the position of the eccentrics before removal should allow reinstallation in the same position roughly preserving the alignment-of course you should have a pro shop line it up ASAP after the job though.
