Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Help Lift pump problems

On my second in tank lift pump and now I'm down to 61/2# of pressure at 60mph I don't think thats good. What is the easiest and quick set up to put in the truck. Winter is now real close and don't have a garage to work in. Will be done on the cold ground. Thanks

Go with a FASS HPFP or a Walbro Kit. Both are easy to install. Takes about two to three hours to install either kit( that is on your back in the driveway time by the way). Both kits come with everything you need to do the install.
