Help locating a TSB

I just can't seem to make my way through the TDR Search engine! I'm trying to locate the TSB (and any follow-up info) regarding "AT OD low power towing TSB. " I also thought I saw the info in one of the recent TDR magazines. Does anyone recall this TSB. Thanks!
