HELP! My Truck Is Losing Power & RPM On Take Offs.

I have 90,000 mile on my 2003, and I have had zero problems with it except for the transmission up to this point. Today when I was leaving for work something happened! I got to a stop sign and during my take-off my rpms droped to about 500 and the truck lost power... . It cleared up and all was fine. Then is happeneded when i took off from a light on the main roads, then again and again, It only happens from a dead stop upon acceleration? What can this be? I checked for codes and I got P0633, whick I beleieve has to do with the skim key code?

Someone, anyone? I am leaving to go out of town next week, and I need my truck. Again, no codes other than P0633. Could this be a lift pump, injectors, transmission,... . ?

A quick guess it could be the throttle pedal rheostat. Which it is located at the pedal it self or on the left side of the engine, or right side if you're looking at it. Its a black thingy(technical term) in front of the air intake horn. If you don't see that its under the dash. You could just have a bad connection or lose wire. They don't tend to set codes when they go bad.

check your fuel pressure. 03-04 lift pumps didnt last very long.
