Help my truck is posessed!

While driving along yesterday, my truck simply quit. engine died, no engine lights, etc. I coasted to the side of the road, turned the key off and waited for a couple of seconds, and then turned it back on. Fired right away. Has this happened to anyone else?!

Any ideas? Is my truck haunted or what?!

not sure exactly what your problem is but my truck has recently developed an intermitted no start problem. but i noticed that if i wiggle the #9 fuse it will start. and if it is running and i touch the fuse the truck will die. sorry this is not going to help you much but maybe you could try wiggling the #9 fuse and see what happens.

Yup

About three months ago while crossing a set of

Rail Road tracks with a fairly good jolt, the

engine and all electronics died; I coasted to the

side of the road, and while it was still rolling

turned the ignition keyswitch off and back to

run and the engine started running again and all

was normal! Weird. It was in gear at the time

and I had not pushed in the clutch so I did not

have to hit the starter. That is the one and

only time it has happened. I've had the truck for

over a year and it has 17,000 miles on it now.

Thanks for the replies, guys. I will check a couple of things, but realistically, if it isn't in the process of happening, I don't know how I'll ever figure it out.

Hemi, I don't have any signal generating equipment in my truck, nor do I have the theft alarm, but who knows? I am going to drive past the same spot just to see. Maybe there is some radio controlled equipment in some of the businesses in the area.
