Help, need a new transmission.

I have 184k on my trans and it's time for a new one. I'm thinking of an ATS stage 1. I don't tow anymore and my engine still has a lot of life left in it or so it seems. Can anyone recommend a reliable shop in the Carson City or Reno, Nevada area to do the install?

I suggest you try contacting John Holmes who writes the Ranch Dressing articles in the magazine. He lived in that area a long time and might be able to recommend a shop.
