help, need info on disc brakes

We have a 1963 Ford 3/4 tn. and we were wondering if disc brakes can be incorperated on this vehicle. Any help will be appreciated. Son wants to fix it up. TIA

I found it when I was looking at restoring a 1972 F-100.
