Help need to know what a code is

I'm in my father in laws truck and the cel has come on and when I check for codes I get a P0088. the truck is an 05. I know I should search for the code but having a little trouble doing that on my phone

0088= Fuel Rail Pressure Too High.

truck seems to drive and run fine do I just keep going or what

Is the engine stock?

Service manual says it's either a blown fuel control actuator or a faulty rail pressure sensor. I wouldn't drive it.
