Help needed with changing Under Hood Light

Well, just got done cleaning the engine and now the under hood light seems to have quit. I hosed the hood too, so probably took on some water.



How do I change the bulb? It looks to be sealed up, and I can't figure at the trick to remove the whole assy. I could use a bigger hammer, but would like to just replace the bulb without damage.

EDIT----I just figured it out, waht a pain, just to replace a bulb. Takes a #561, and yep, it was shattered. Back to cleaning.

You may already know this, but after your done cleaning your engine and it has cooled, spray EVERYTHING with Armor All and let it sit for a few hours. Your engine will look beautiful. I saw Tool Man Tim Taylors engine and i was amazed, i did mine yesterday and i love it.

I spray my motor with tire fome and close the hood. Next morning it looks like new
