Your old 1994 had a VERY different injection pump and injection system than your ’03. The P-7100 injection pump used on the ’94-’98. 4 trucks was (is) very resilient to changes in fuel or additives. The same can’t be said for the newer injection systems. The newer injection systems are a lot more sensitive to fuel and additives than ever before. (tighter tolerances, higher pressures, etc. )

If I were you, I’d use either the Stanadyne or Power Service brands. The Power Service brand is more readily available and has worked fine for years in all sorts of injection systems.

All the info you could ever want is right here in this website. Set aside some time and enjoy!
