Help on dual temp

My truck has the dual temperatur controls (driver/passenger) on the AC/heater. The passenger side sticks in the cold possition. Have to slide it back and forth several time before the damper door swings to heat. Whats the fix? Is there a TSB?



I know, I know, shouldn't worry about her side of the truck. But when it's cold and the dang thing is stuck, my side of the truck doesn't get warm either.

Oh contraire! When when she's happy everyone is happy!

I don't know anything about the dual temp set-up but isn't it still under warranty?

Maybe get a competent dealer to look at it (if you know of one ).

Try turning the fan off for about 30 seconds, then back on. On mine, when I turn the fan off, something cycles in the HVAC to recirculate. turn the fan back on and you can hear it cycling back to fresh. That seems to help me some with the A/C in the summer and I don't see why it wouldn't do the same for heat in the winter.
