Help on finding Running Boards

Just joined TDR in last few weeks. Currently driving 05 F-250 while waiting for

my new Mega Cab to arrive. You could call me "NO MO FOMOCO" after my last

experience with Ford..... Need help to see if there's anything out there besides

nerf bars (round or oval) or extruded aluminum. Really enjoy reading all the

posts... . this will be my 3rd diesel and am looking forward to being a new

"GOAT HERDER".

I've seen some pictures on here recently of some Tough Country running boards that really looked good. Onki also makes a nice running board/nerf bar combo.

I have installed on both my trucks the Dodge Running board Kit #82207707AB This is for the Quad Cab, however they may have the same for the Mega Cab. It is expensive at $400. 00 but it is a perfect fit and looks factory installed and includes the mud flaps in front. As you probably noticed my 07 cant use the matching mud flaps in the rear which you would have to order separately.

Luverene Megasteps are half running boards and half nerf, I'm not sure if you wnat to get completely away from the nerf look or not, I loike mine.

Panther 1400. That truck looks strangely familiar... Where did you buy your laverne megasteps... I had seen them on the Luverne website right after buying my truck, but could never actually get a dealer to come up with a price for them...

I still have no boards, but like those because they go all the way back to the back wheel...

hey bob I am makeing my own tough country boards it is costing me 250 for the materials but then you can make them the size you want all I had a shop do was bend the 90's on the pipe and the brake on the top plate it saved me 500 all most
