Help on Fluid Changes

I'm about to change my front and rear diffs, 5600 transmission and t-case fluids. Does anyone have information on types of fluid, quantity of fluids and tip/hints on changing these fluids? If possible, I'd like to stay with OEM fluids, so fluid part numbers would be helpful if anyone has them.
