Doing a dyno day ...

The dyno guy says ...

This is the dyno that they have ... .

http://www.dynocom.net/products.htm

This guy has the 1800X

I spoke to the dyno manufacturer and they say unless he has the

"The DC-1800X series chassis dyno's are also upgradeable for the DC-PAU-500 eddy brake for steady state testing, which can support an additional 500 HP"

There would be no way for him to accuratly / properly do diesels...

Dyno guy said that he did a PowerJoke (Furd) and it did 620 or something with 1170# TQ a week or so ago ... but ???? I want to make sure that these are real numbers and that the dyno will be able to hold up to the diesel .....

He says that he uses the air brake to provide the preload to spool up the turbo.

WILL THIS WORK?????

I am not dyno savy can some one shed some light on this... Please,,,,

He said that if it wont work he will refund all the money ...
