Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Help Poor HP and Milage

My 2002 with 30K miles on it gets just 13 MPG unloaded and when pulling my 7K Fiver struggles to hold 60 MPH. Dealer says nothing is wrong. Anyone have anything similar happen to them? I have been looking into the liftpump issue but have not seen these symptoms listed. What should I check next? Thanks.

My truck lost MPG but not power when I hit 30,000 miles. I don't think they are related problems though

I just had my LP changed yesterday. I didn't notice any MPG change. I would find another dealer.
