Archived Help Power Mirrors

[Fistfull]

I am installing Power Vision Towing mirrors. Everything was installed, and working but I went to do a final test before installing the door panel nothing works anymore. I have lost power to the mirrors. Where is the power source for the mirrors? I can't find a fuse and there is no way to trace back through the wiring under the dash.

check the fuse under the hood in the power distribution center



they are all labeled

Also Ck. the IOD fuse in the fuse panel inside the truck.

Well they are all clearly labeled but there is not one labeled Power Mirrors.

The IOD fuse was blown, pray tell what does IOD stand for?????

Now when I shut her down, I get 4 or 5 nice little dings, it ain't never done that before.

BTW: Thanks for the help, the mirrors now work as advertised.

Ign off Draw. It allows for operation of items without the ign in the on or rum position.



The mirrors, clock, radio presets etc.
