Help! Program keyless remote?

Can anyone help me program the remote for the keyless entry? I found out the other day that my truck was built with the remote keyless entry system but the Stealer didn't give me the remotes when I bought it used (9k mi. ). I don't have the service manuals with me, they're at home, but wanted to know if any of you guys/girls could walk me thru it or do I have to have the stealer do it?

ZMAN, If you have one working remote you can program more from that one working one. But with no working remotes the only way you can get them programed is to have the service dept. program them with thier computer. NOTE if your truck was equipt with keyless from the factory go to your salesman and request the keyless fobs and have them programed. Do you have the window sticker that came with your truck? Does it say keyless?

You can give me the last 9 of the vin and I can run a check and see if it had factory keyless.

Yes George, I just had the local Dodge dealer run the vin # for me last week and one of the options on the 'accessories/options' list was remote keyless entry. I didn't even know I had it, bought the truck from a Dodge dealer with 9k miles on it and never thought to ask the salesman for it, that was over a year ago. Too late now. However, since I don't have even one working fob I guess I have to take it to the dealer locally (not the one I bought it from) to have them program it. Da**it!!
