trannys back in, went to put the slave back on and it wont compress. i did the clutch on this truck earlier last fall and it was fine, i pushed it on, put the nuts on and everything was good. am i missin something now, a bleeder, i m at a loss. it an nv4500. thank in advance

Sounds like someone may have pushed the clutch pedal in while it was disconnected. You can't bleed it, because it is a sealed unit.
 
made a call to diesel darryl, after i got it back in, had a buddy lift up on the clutch pedal did it, go figure. anyway darryl said that the spring in the master cylinder is getting weak and it let the pedal travel down on its own.
