HELP!!! Truck is dead!

Hi, I just posted this in the 911 section but I really hope someone can help me soon my truck is dead! Little red security light is on on dash and truck is completely dead! I don't have security and no computer mods! Help please, Jerry

1 probable cause is either your key has lost its program and or your wireless control module has went out. As far as I know the only fix is a dealer. Not all of us are bad.

Little red light on dash indicates to me you have an after market alarm system. They are notorious for causing this problem. Pull the knee bolster and look at the factory harness under the column for any added boxes, relays, etc. We remove them and restore the harness to factory if this is the problem.

the 06 has a factory red securitity light on the cluster.
