HELP!! Truck won't run after cp3 mod

Hey guys I just took off the fca and and while trying to get the plunger out (due to it being stuck at the end) I pulled the bottoms of the triangle right through the metal. So pretty much the bottom of the triangle is gone , but the tip is still there. I ground it out alittle anyway and deburred it very well, cleaned everything, and reassembled. The truck starts for 2 secs and stalls. Won't run more than a couple of seconds. By breaking the triangle do you think it would make it not run? Any sugeestions?

Yes, The Fca Is Trashed And I Dont Recommend To Anyone To Mod There Own Fca... unless You Like To Play With Extremely High Rail Press Which Can Crack An Injector Body And Then Lead To A Fried Piston Alot Faster Than You Would Think

Yes, you need a new fuel control actuator for your CP3 pump. If you want a modified FCA for more fueling, electrode discharge machining (EDM) is the safe way to do it. Floor-It Diesel is a good source, 785-842-8545 or -- email address removed --.

Thanks guys! There is nothing that I have to do after removing it though, like bleed the system, or anything before starting, right? Also, were can I get a new fca? Called around to the local parts stores and dealers and came up with nothing. I would like a modded one but don't really care at this point, I just need to get it back running again. Thanks

CALL YOUR NEAREST CUMMINS DEALER, THEY WILL NEED YOUR ENGINE NUMBER OFF THE NUMBER PLATE, JUST CHANGE IT AND START IT UP, YOUR DONE...

Thanks for all the replys guys! I just ordered a modded fca from industrial injection, and will be getting it in a day or so. Hopefully everything is back to normal after that.
