Archived Help truck wont start

truck is a 2006 3500drw with triple dog/outlook. Truck was running fine, shut it off, ate lunch. When I started it it ran for about 5 seconds and shut down, did this 3 times and now it will crank but wont start. Checked all fuses, tried reseting to stock programing and unhooking programer. Somebody please help me!!!!

oh and the computer is throwing ECM/PCM codes P2509 and P0513

Well the P2509 is this: P2509 ECM/PCM Power Input Signal Intermittent



This is what i found for P0513: p0513 has three references in the manual invalid skim key,invalid skreem key,skim invalid key error.



Also look at TSB 18-005-06...

thanks, tried my other key that has never been used before and still nothing what is TSB 18-005-06? I really hope this is an easy fix so I dont have to drag it to the dealer tommorow.

Try closing the windows and locking the truck. Then unlock it and try to start it.

well tryed everything i know and ya'll said. couldn't get it to start so it got towed to a dealer behind a ferd. i hate it, at least it was a gasser and not a powerjoke. now its just a matter of whether or not the dealer will void the warranty because of my 6 inch stacks or the programmer if the can tell its on there. thanks for the help fellas I guess I'll find out what DC says in the morning!!
