Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Help trying to find 913 P7100

I'm trying to help my son find a 913 P7100 pump. He has a 2001. 5 24V he's is in the process of doing the P-Pump conversion. Without a core it seems to be next to impossible to find, most re-build shops won't sell him one even if he offers to pay the added core charges. A few shops have said they have pumps off of 8. 3L that would work ( mystery pumps ), he'd rather stay with what most people use.

A pump from an 8. 3 will not work dont go down that road.
