Help with a recommendation on a Clutch

Help - my son has a 2001 1500 4x4 with a 318. He is a conservative driver, and at about 75,000 his clutch is starting to slip. We live in the Portland Area - 1. where can we get a Good Clutch job done - and about what might it cost? 2. Is there any way to adjust the existing clutch. And third - can you get upgraded components - like better quality and more stout than stock?
