HELP!! with KC Lite Bar

03 2500 sport. Does anyone have any experience installing this on a sport. I cant get anything to line up.

I had a problem with getting my Randy Ellis light bar that looks identical to yours to line up. I ended up cutting out 1/4" thick steel plate to space it out from the frame.

I had to space it out with washers and replace the bolts with longer ones... KC said easy install... . NOT. I finally got it all done. . Looks very sharp.
