Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Help with part numbers

I've been smelling fuel for a little while but had a hard time finding where it was coming from. Finally today I think I located it. the clamp for injector lines 5&6 is missing. I think line 5 has developed a fatigue crack & is weeping. Any one out there know how to find the Cummins part numbers for the clamp (blue plastic, metal retainer & screw) as well as lines 5 & 6? My nearest dealer told me Dodge wants $158 for each fuel line & about $15 for the clamp assembly. to add insult to injury, they can't get them until late next week.
