Archived Help with truck in Valley City North Dakota

Well I was on my way to the left coast when my truck decided it had enough. It appears that my flex plate is broken. Are there any members in the area that could help with a remove and replacement of it?



I am currently stranded (truck and I are at the Super 8 motel in Valley City) so I am looking for help ASAP.

Doug... when that happened to HVAC at Sears Point Raceway it sounded bad... however it turned out to be just loose bolts that attach it to the flywheel... . I'm sure when you have light youll check this out... . or have you seen parts drop out ?

Definitely the flex plate. The torque converter moves freely and I can see the split parts... ...
