Archived Help wont start

Truck will not start. Truck has no codes and has been reflashed at dealer. Truck is showing low rail pressure like 1200psi. cp3 has been replaced no difference. pressure valve checks good. Fass is push great fuel teck was impressed stated pushing like 3times the amount that is called for. We are at a lose any help would be great. :{

Still have stock lift pump attached?

IF yes - and stock lift pump dead - no fuel will pass through...

I have the fass 150 and it is supplying a great amount of fuel to the cp3 but only getting a reading of 1200psi out of the cp3. Old one and new one. Has anyone had this happen to them we have been checking every thing we can think of injectors, pressure valve ,timing ,computer and they are all checking in specs. We have reflashed the truck nothing. We will try to replace the pressure sending unit as soon as we can find one. :{

My 06 is also doing this. We had injectors istalled the tech drove truck got a engine light so he stopped truck turned it off and tried to start and it will not start. It was getting 1200psi at the rail. The tech said he was getting a code that point to the high pressure fuel pump.

has anyone had there ecm say it was ok but end up being bad. Got truck running but it is acting like it is out of time white smoke fuel knock can smell the fuel in exhaust. Come on guys and galls don't tell me im the first.
