Help!

Took my 2006 2500 4x4 in for the first oil change,5 starr dealer, and they said there wasn't any way to grease the front dive shaft?? I showed them the sticker under the hood. I saw them look on the computer, he crawled under the truck and looked again and said there was no way to grease it. Has anyone else had this experience? What can I do now?
