so im putting in some 215s tonight and i have them all in and torqued. almost all of them are spraying fuel everywher when i turn it on!!!! #1 and#3 are ok i think. i took off returning and supply lines a few times to try to correct the problem but no go i turn it on and it goes every where someone please help its about 11pm here and i need it in the morning!!! thanks in advance!

if it is bubbling around the nut then tighten the nut down. The injector lines just clean wiggle around and tighten. They should seal right up. The return is low pressuse so they shouldn't leak much anyway.

How did you torque them down? If you used a crows foot then you have to have it at right angles to the torque wrench.

I had two of them leak when I upgraded mine. I think the new copper washers were not as smooth (poor quality) as the originals. I filed flat, and then reinstalled my original washers and retorqued. Now, all is well. Be careful to torque only to specifications, too much torque can deform the injector nozzle case causing leaks there.
