Ok, i took my pump off to get some work done to it, got it back put it on last night and now i can not get it to start. I put the pump back on did the KDP, and now nothing. The one thing that i can think of is that i did not have the motor on TDC completely and when the pump was off they adjusted the timing. So since they did that, i mighnt of not hacd the motor on TDC, would that be it or not? I need some advise on how to fix it. Thanks.

Is this the 95 or 06? If the 06, it shouldnt matter. If the 95, you probaly got the timing off. You will need to get your plunger lift desired (dont have the chart memorized, but it is on PDR's website- look it up under your CPL), pop the timing gear off, and rotate the engine to #1 TDC and reinstall the gear. If someone has a better idea, or if I got something wrong, by all means, speak up.
