i installed the fass system friday nite and primed it with fuel and while its priming it just sounds like it bubbling in the tank. I cracked the connection at the vp44 all stock filtration is bypassed. I tried starting the truck and it just cranks and will not start and help would be greatly appreciated thak you...

With the fitting cracked and the fass on, are you getting any fuel  When I installed my fass I shot a stream about 12ft.

This is a stupid question but I need to ask. By chance you did not accidently hook of the air purge tank retrun side to the VP and the fuel side back to tank?

I know, I know, but I had to ask

The other thing would be, did you fill both filters with fuel before you put them on or did you just put them on empty  If you put them on empty, that will be a problem as now you have about 2/3 of a gallon of air to purge out.

Food for thought. Good luck :)

I would guess that M G is right on with the lines being backwards. If you are looking at the drivers side of truck the back line goes to the tank module. The line on the front that uses the swivel fitting goes to the fuel tank fill vent line and the other line in front goes to the VP. There are marked with E, T,R.

fass

thank you everyone for your help :) i finally got it i hadda crack injectors and crack line by vp 44 and now shes rattling nicely

i put the filters on dry. but i cracked the injector lines and they are getting fuel. I am kinda confused on the way the lines are supposed to be hooked up according to you guys. Bolt closest to you on the drivers side is the fuel in line right? The back to one is the over flow valve that goes back to the tank? and the other one on the back is the oil in right? If am wrong PLEASE cprrect me cause i am not having any luck. thanks
