[Cummins Cowboy]

i tryed tightning up the steering box like a couple of people suggested. I loosened the jamb nut and with an allen wrench i tighted the bolt in. I guess i must have overtightned it and the truck now steers horribly. This may sound stupid but i tryed to loosen the bolt to set it back the way it was and couldn't get it to loosen. any ideas???

Try turning the wheels all the way to the right or left and then loosening the screw. The gears in the steering box are made to have more clearance at the end of travel than in the middle, this is what allows for adjustment of the freeplay in the center position.
