Saw this truck on a salvage auction site, appears to be a theft recovery. It's definately rough around the edges but appears to be a Club Cab conversion with a sleeper bed! Got a 186k on the clock. Located in Columbia, MO.

Seen one of these conversions?

I could do without the top myself.

Does the trans shifter look different to anybody else? Wonder if they just lengthened the lever or does it have a different trans in it?

nice dually fenders :-{} .

:-laf :-laf That's the first thing that I thought when I looked at the pictures. :D Been keeping my eyes open for you but everything I've seen lately has been on a moving truck. :D

Is there a starting bid? Any way to tell what it sells for (if it sells)? Just trying to get an idea of how to price mine. ;)

I appreciate that. I was hoping my fellow first genners would think of me if they saw a trashed dually bed with good fenders in a junkyard. Or knew of someone who replaced their dually bed with a flatbed.

HSchroen, feel like giving out the link to this truck ;) :D ?

The truck is listed on Copart.com, a nationwide auto/truck salvage auction. You have to be a licensed dealer to buy though. Last I checked the bid was already up to $1800 (plus auction fees).

Lots of wrecked 1st Gens come through... . the is the first Crew conversion I've seen though.

Pay site !! Can you just buy parts from the wrecked vehicles or do you have to buy the whole truck? I saw a horribly wrecked 350, looked like a train hit it, but the driverside dually fender was in perfect condition. . white in color too!!!!

I think the one i posted on auto trader is identical, albeit a 92 and it looks super clean, it's about 2 hours north and east of Dallas, it would pretty cool if someone on here bought it. Kind of weird that two would pop up at the same time and no one is familiar with these.

No parts for sale. they sell whole vehicles only. And its a dealer only site... I'm guessing thats why they charge a fee to access their site
