Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) hesation from start

2001 3500 has trouble starting out from a stop throttle seems dead then after a few secounds it takes off. lift pump presure is 10 lbs ,no error codes,reset the apps, am in fresno does any one know a good shop . THANKS

My 07 5. 9 is having the same problem. Did you find a solution?

If the throttle seems dead on take off on a VP truck I would say APPS or VP. On a common rail truck I would say APPS.

Thanks Trent, Let truck sit overnight with cables disconnected. Will reset apps in a few minutes and post results for my 07 CR.
