Hesitation when when taking off

Back story, two fill ups back I added Diesel Kleen to tank and completely filled it. The next day when I stepped on the pedal it would hesitate minutely then level out just fine. I changed the fuel Filter last oil change and I do this at every other oil change. No codes. I’m using a Bully Dog GT Tuner. This happens Hot or cold. Any input is appreciated. By the way I love this forum.
