Hey put those Admin notices somewhere else. I want to see the most recent post at the top. I think it is more power tripping stuff. "Look at our important post they dont move!" Put them above the page or something. Put them in the main section it makes the board look cluttered to have them there. Plus how can we ever send something to the top; we can only send it to the 3rd space!!!! Get that garbage out of there

Extreme> Its a conspiracy! Do you remember how people used to type TTT and that meant "to the top" well now it means "To third place". Thats bull. Have some box that says "admin garbage" and if we want to read it we can click on it otherwise get outta the way!!!!!!!!!! or better yet put it at the END of the Forum! :)

Um, thats the way "Annoucments" are handled in VBulletin software. Look at other examples of VBulletin Boards and you will see the same thing. So kinda stuck with it.

On another note... ... everyone one is learning the pro's and con's of this software, it will be a couple of weeks before things "settle" down and its business usual, there are alot of useful features in VBulletin, just takes time to learn them.

Its always that way with somthing new... . we always liked the old better- the new sucks... . but then somwere along the line the new is cool and we wonder what we liked so much about the old, and would hate to go back... so just remain calm and it will be great! :)

hmm......

If users actually read the notices I would consider figuring out how to move them. But based on the number of emails I get asking questions that are answered in the notices, no one reads them. So they stay where they have the highest probability of being read. :)

I agree. And since announcements have "Announcement: " in the subject, it is easy to identify them and ignore them, as desired.
