I figure it was about time to introduce myself, been a member of TDR for almost three years. I own an early 91 W350 SRW, well, I've owned it twice now. I also owned a low mileage, although rusted, 92 W250. I've always had a soft spot for 1st gens, but have owned several other Dodge trucks and Ramchargers along the way. I know everyone likes pictures and stuff, so I'll post up some from the last several years, and a little back story to go along with. Enjoy!
Here is my 91 a few days after I bought it in the spring of 2003. I bought it a day before I flew overseas for the start of OIF.

Long story short, I sold it two years later because of financial reasons. A local farmer bought it and ran it pretty hard. I later bought a 85 W350, and a 78 Ramcharger and ran each for a while. I ended up buying a 78 W200 with a great drivetrain and a 83 W100 with a bad engine...the intent was to swap drivetrains and drive the W100 as it had a rust free body. Sold the parts off the 78, and sold the W100.
Fast forward to November of 2010. I found a low mileage, yet rusty 92 W250.

At S.O.P. 8

Did some stuff, added the usual gauges, BHAF, 4"exhaust, 60mm H1C, 3rd gen 17's, etc...

Put the steel wheels back on with a nice set of rings and caps (my favorite), and cut the brushguard off.

Just two years after buying it, I got nailed hard by taxes...ended up having to sell it
The day before it was sold to the new owner, I went for a little trip...ended up spotting this!

I ended up finding the guys number and we struck a deal (super cheap). It hadn't moved in several years, but still ran. That's all I cared about.
Got it home...

It was very rough, years of neglect and lack of maintenance...

This is what us Mid-Westerners have to deal with. The floor was starting to go when I owned it 2003-2005, but it really went south after that.

Pretty stock.

More or less got it in safe driving form, it would stop, steer and go pretty easy. Repaired much of the wiring system so that all electrical functions worked.

Cab finally gave out one day heading to work...

The plan was for a quick re-body, but I got a little carried away. When the body was off, I went ahead and ditched the 727 in favor of a NV4500. I also installed a 2nd gen IC, and some other little crap that I can't remember

Finally road worthy. Drove it to work (old location).

Hauled a little bit of wood. I put 315/70R17's on it because the 305's were getting pretty worn.

It does see winter duty as the roads I use aren't maintained very well during the winter months. Don't want to put my VW in the ditch at 2am.

Since then, I've learned that 315's and 3.07 gears don't really work the best, it will be getting 285's when they wear out. Long trips it has gotten the best of 20.9mpg.
I also finally cured the 89-91 voltage regulator "pulse". It's especially noticeable at night, but I figured out a remedy for that. I will probably make another thread on that if anyone wants.
Kinda on the hunt for a crew cab, the family is growing to four, so I kinda need the room
That's about it for now, ya'll have a great day!
