I have banjo bolts on the machine and running as I type this. Using 3/16" cross holes, instead of the . 13" holes in the factory. I will also run some with 1/8-27 pipe theads in the head for easy installation of pressure gauge. How many should I run? Ray

Hi Ray, I'm definitely interested in at least one with the 1/8" NPT and probably interested in the whole set. After watching all those hi HP dyno runs, I'm ready for some more :) :) .

Put me down for (1) w/ npt fitting

-Mike R swapped out my banjos fo me and I would like to

add a pressure guage down the road.

great idea Ray!!!!!!!! :)

Ray-

I first want to admit that I am not a machinist. I originally was going to tap my banjos with the 1/8" NPT tap. However, after careful measurements with my calipers, I just did not feel that there would be enough meat left to the bolt. Have you really found differently? I'm tapping with 1/16" NPT instead, and then flaring to 1/8" NPT female with the Autometer 3280 adapter.

UPDATE:

Excellent solution! Ray just informed me that he is making his own banjo bolts from 3/4" stock rather than using the existing as I have done.

Ray T,

Add me to list for a complete set. I would like Two of them with tapped heads. One for a gauge and one for mygauge/ Boost pump connection.

I am running a second pump Parallel to the first and "T" them together at the banjo before the filter. The "boost" pump only runs when the first drops below 9psi.

Thanks for you time and effort and let us know $$. Will send check!! :)

Great Job!! Put my down for a set also with 1 tapped.

Theoretically, as I will not do anything to VOID my extended warrantee:D

banjo bolts ready for plating

I will post a message next week when I have bolts ready for shipment.

As an introductory price: $15. 00 for set of 5 with 1 tapped, $16. 00 for set of 5 with 2 tapped, and $5. 00 each for tapped bolts individually, plus UPS. This does not include new washers, but I haven't had any problem reusing the old ones.

Ray:)

Ray, this rather upsets me! After buying a special tap, and getting the special adapter, it cost me $35 to set up a single "stock" bolt for the fuel pressure gauge.

Please put me down for a set. When will they be available?

ray,the price you have given is very cheap, custom built and still cheaper than the stock. we would not want you to have a negative cash flow here my friend.

i would like to have a full set of 5 instead of 3 as i had previously posted with 2 tapped.

thanks

bob

Put me down for a set with 1 tapped. I would also like one additional non-tapped bolt... .

Feel free to email me with payment instructions.

Thanks,

Doug S.
