2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission HID conversion

It looks like a true HID system to me, but I'm no expert. I've heard that true HID systems run $1000 +. Are the prices finally coming down?

To get the benefit of HID lights your will need the proper projectors. If you put HID bulbs in your shock halogen lamps the reflectors in your lamps will blind everyone in all directions. This would not be a good thing when you pass an oncoming cop... LOL
