HID relay harness

I just got HID lights for aftermarket headlights that have one H1 bulb for high and one H1 bulb for low beams. They sent me a relay harness. Do I hook the relay up to the high or low beams?

I have HID's on my truck only for low beams. but use relays on both headlights so power does not go through head light switch, so If I had hi and low beam,I would start with low beam as they are used the most.
