Hide-N-Side

Does anyone have one of these on there truck. I have one sitting in storage and i cannot decide if i am going to put it on or build a flat bed. I have seen a couple of pictures with the bed open on the Hide-N-Side but none with the compartment closed. I also cannot find a website to get all the info on it. Does anyone have and thoughts on this bed? Is it worth my time or should i just put a flat bed on and a more tool boxes. Since my bed is a short bed i am really limited on space and i need a few more compartments.

what kind of price is on them. I have one and i might sell it to pay for all the material for a flatbed.

That's from the SEMA '99 show. I didn't know they actually made any to sell. So you have one for a 2nd gen RAM I'm assuming? Or do you have the Chevy model or maybe it's supposed to universal? I'd love to have one for a 3rd gen shortbed.

mine is for the 2nd generation short bed. It is not universal it carries all the line of the stock dodge bed.

Body shop quoted me $2k to replace one side and fix some rust over the wheel well. I hope they still make these I would be interested.

Well, guys. Three days of searching for info got nothing. Email to the address for them comes back undeliverable. But I haven't given up yet. I'll post any new info I come up with.

anybody find any more info on this bed. I still have not put mine together. I kind of dont want to go through the trouble of it because my time is so limited.

I was just looking for the same thing, i had saw a few months ago an internet add that some one had a few of these and was lloking to get rid of them. i thought i saved the link and now that i'm looking for one i can't seem to find them, did anyone find anything?
