high altitude towing? Boost fooler?

I am about to take my trailer up to about 8300 ft. There is one really steep long grade. I will put my Superchips back to tow or maybe just stock. I have a boost fooler. Did I read somewhere that towing heavy loads at high altitude with a boost fooler can be dangerous or something? Any info I should know?

8300 ?

Shoot, I live at 5200 and tow tandem in the mountains,sometimes well above 8300, stock, with no problems. I wouldn't worry about it. Bruce
