High beam headlignt indicator

The blue high beam headlight indicator went out. I bought a new bulb and put it in. The new bulb did not work. I got my tester and tested all the light contacts in the cluster unit that holds all the warning lights speedometer and tach. They all read ok except the blue high beam light. Anybody else have a connection brake like this? Am I SOL and have to buy a whole new cluster unit?
