HIgh idle after fuel pressure reflash

I had an engine light come on on my 06 mega 6 speed at something like 2000 miles. Dealer said it was an erronious fuel pressure code and there was an update for the truck. Well after the update my truck now idles at 850 rpm. I went back to the dealer and asked about the higher idle. At first he acted dumb, and asked me what it was idling at to begin with. Then asked me to come back in to make sure the reflash "took". Well according to the tech there have been problems with owners lugging the engine with the dual mass flywheel and the higher idle is supposed to help this??? now it sounds like I have a truck stuck on high idle. So much for helping me with fuel economy.
