I know this has been discussed somewhat, but I haven't seen much on what RPM the engine should be set at if it is sitting in high idle mode?
Generally I leave mine around 1200 if I idle for long periods of time (usually 5 min to a few hours) but I heard somewhere that EGR goes down at higher rpm, so maybe I should go as high as possible?
