Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) High Idle Solenoid

Picked up a Idle stop solenoid from a 1985 chevy truck yesterday, but the plunger is not adjustable. What vehicle ar you guys getting the solenoid from that's got the Quadrajet with the adjustable solenoid. I've not been able to get ahold of Harold yet. I talked to him middle of last year and he was still making them, but I don't know about now.

DLGonzo, I used the idle selonoid from a quadrajet, but not sure what year it came from. I had the old carb laying in the parts bin and snagged the selonoid from it. If i had to guess, it would have been from a late 70's to early 80's carb.

When I did mine, I went in looking for one off a '79 camaro. However, they didn't have it in stock, so I just ended up going down the list in their book. I figured that if the plunger had a bolt head, it would be adjustable, and it did.
