High Idle

I have heard that some models have the feature of setting the cruize in park will cause the engine RPM to increase... If my old 2001 5. 9 did this I never new about it.



But what about my new 09 3500? It doesn't appear to work unless I am doing something wrong, and if its not set up for this feature is this something that can be "flashed" at the dealer?

Don't think the 01 had it. It in the computer on later models, just has to be activated. Dealer activated mine for free, other dealer said I didn't need it here in Texas as it didn't get cold enough. bg
