Attention: TDR Forum Junkies 
I finally have a truck that does not squeak on rough roads! I looked through all of the past posts regarding the high-pitched squeak coming from the cowl/under dash/pedal support areas, and tried all the fixes to no avail.
I recently took the truck to the dealer in Tucson to have the transmission service done in preparation for a trip to Baja, and asked them to see if they could find the squeak. They replaced the A/T linkage from where it leaves the steering column in the engine compartment and goes to the transmission. No more squeak, and on some of the Baja roads it would have driven me crazy.
